Order Process
After each purchase at ActiNovo you will receive a shipping confirmation
with a tracking number by email. To track your order, you just need to
copy the tracking number from the email and paste it on the page of your
shipping provider (www.dhl.com, www.ups.com).
You can only change your completed order afterwards with the payment method prepayment. Please contact our support team.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving
any reason. From the moment you make use of your right of withdrawal,
you have 14 days to return the package. Just send us an email at service@actinovo.com or give us a call.

Shelf life and storage
We only send you products that have a minimum shelf life of two months left and a maximum shelf life of 12 months. You can find the exact best before date of your product on the lid of each bottle. Once opened, you should keep the products refrigerated and consume them preferably within 6-8 weeks. Since the dosage of our products is usually 10 ml per day, a 250 ml bottle lasts for 25 days.

Clear signs are mold on the surface or a foamy, fermented consistency.
Other possible but harmless product changes:
Hissing Sound: Once the bottle seal is opened, there may be a slight hissing sound. This results from the use of nitrogen in all ActiNovo products. However, this is completely harmless regarding health.
Deposition on the surface: Excess glycerol may be deposited on the surface. If necessary, you can remove the excess glycerol. The stabilizing effect of glycerol may also cause clumping. Please shake the bottle very well and continue your intake as usual.
Please store our products in any case protected from light and between 2 and 21 degrees Celsius.
After opening, the products should be refrigerated and consumed within 6-8 weeks if possible. Please note that in order to keep the liposomal effect, our products should not be heated or frozen.
Liposomal Formulations
For practical reasons, most active ingredients are administered orally.
This means that the active ingredient must first pass through the oral
cavity and stomach before being absorbed in the intestine. In this way,
an unprotected, non-liposomal active ingredient is often damaged and not
absorbed efficiently. Liposomal formulations, on the other hand,
enclose the active ingredient in a liposome, which passes through all
the hurdles of the body almost undamaged and can therefore be absorbed
very well. The nutrient enters the bloodstream without losses and can
develop its full effect there!
From a scientific point of view, bioavailability describes the
proportion of a nutrient that is actually absorbed by the organism after
ingestion and enters the bloodstream. Through the oral consumption of
liposomal food supplements, the vital substance migrates via the
intestine directly into the blood and is fully available to the body!
Product Properties
Our products have an intense sweet taste. The reason for this is the glycerol which tastes sweet by nature and is used to stabilize the product. Depending on the active ingredient, there may be differences in taste. Examples are a slightly metallic taste of our liposomal iron or a little sulfurous note of liposomal glutathione.
Our tip: For an easier intake, all products can be mixed in juices, smoothies or something else. If the product tastes too sweet for you, feel free to mix it with water.
In our Plus products we have added natural flavorings to create a fruity taste experience. Thanks to the new generation of ActiNovo, adding a sweetener is now no longer necessary.
All our products are vegan, natural and of plant origin! They contain neither dairy products nor gluten. They consist only of sunflower-derived phospholipids, water and the respective active ingredient.
Our products have a brownish color. Depending on the active ingredient, this color may change slightly. It is possible that small dark films form on the surface and at the bottom of the bottle. These are completely harmless and limit neither their quality nor effectiveness. Just shake the bottle before intake.
The liposomal ActiNovo formulations are natural food supplements and are often used by doctors and alternative practitioners for therapeutic use. However, it must be noted that legally, they are not medicines! Therefore, we recommend that you do not self-medicate and always consult your doctor or health care practitioner before consuming any dietary supplement.
The entire functional principle of liposomal formulations is based on the fact that the active ingredient is masked, i.e. made invisible, by the phospholipids. The small intestine thus sees only the phospholipids and absorbs them with the active ingredient hidden in them. However, if the ratio between active substance and phospholipids is out of balance and the proportion of active substance is too high, this again becomes visible to the small intestine and the liposomal functional principle fails.
How to take ActiNovo
The liposomal ActiNovo formulations can be taken at any time of the day! Ideally, however, we recommend taking them 15 minutes apart from meals. Please do not mix our products in hot drinks, as this will destroy the liposomes and reduce their effectiveness. Likewise, you should not put our formulations into a blender. However, all our products can be mixed into a smoothie, juice or protein shake with a spoon.
Please note the individual recommended daily dose of each product to exclude potential but rarely occurring side effects. You can find the dosage information on the label or on the respective product page in our online store. For the majority of our products we recommend a daily dose of 10 ml, which corresponds to about two teaspoons. To make dosing easy, we offer the ActiNovo shot glass with a dosage scale in our store!
Yes, all our ActiNovo products can be consumed in combination with each other. For some nutrients, such as vitamin C and iron , a combined intake even makes a lot of sense! For this reason, we offer combination products of several nutrients and also have combination packages on offer on our website.
No. Due to the encapsulation of the active ingredients in liposomes, the nutrients are no longer unprotected in the digestive system. Gastric side effects can, therefore, be avoided. Symptoms such as diarrhea, which can occur with very high magnesium intake, are thus excluded!
The liposomes themselves are also non-toxic and are not known to cause any side effects.
Pregnancy is a special time when there is a finely regulated hormonal and nutrient balance in the body. Our liposomal dosage recommendations are designed for an average adult. Often, the daily nutrient needs of pregnant women or nursing mothers vary, so any supplement intake should be discussed with a doctor in advance!
Children differ from adults in their metabolism, growth and development. Our recommended daily dosages are based on an average adult. Since liposomal supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, healthy diet, we recommend discussing any intake with a doctor!

Shipping
We usually ship all received orders within 24 hours on weekdays. Please note: your order will not be shipped on weekends! With the help of the tracking number in the order confirmation you can track your shipment at any time.
Prime and Express: from Monday to Friday, all orders received by 13:30 will be shipped the same day.
Standard shipping with Deutsche Post (DHL) usually takes about 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed on holidays.
We ship all our formulations both nationally and internationally to EU and non-EU countries!
EU-shipping: Shipping costs to EU countries other than Germany are 13,90 €. However, for purchases valued above 150 €, shipping is free. Depending on the country of destination, the delivery time is 2-14 business days!
Non EU shipping: Standard shipping costs to non-EU countries (except Russia) are 16,90 €. For countries that are far away and therefore shipping would take a long time, such as the USA, Canada and Asia, we only offer express shipping, as the products are food products and we cannot guarantee ideal conditions over such a long period of time. The costs for this are shown in the checkout process.
