Good again
It's finally back after being sold out for a long time. Since it's been back, it tastes better and the consistency is now again like it used to be. The other magnesium from the pharmacy just didn't work like this one, I'm very happy.

Endlich entspannt
Seit ich das liposomale Magnesium nehme, bin ich deutlich entspannter und habe nicht mehr so dünne Nerven. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Als ich vor einiger Zeit wiede
Als ich vor einiger Zeit wieder angefangen habe Sport zu machen, habe ich mich dazu entschieden auch beim Magnesium auf die liposomale Form umzusteigen. Tatsächlich habe ich das Gefühl, dass meine Muskel sich schneller erholen und habe auch keine spontanen Krämpfe mehr seit ich es nehme. Einen Stern Anzug, weil es wirklich extrem sauer ist, da werde ich das nächste mal doch wieder die Variante mit dem Basilikum Geschmack bestellen.
